How To Submit Work
Welcome to the Submitting Work webpage. Here I will review how to label and share all the work you will be making in Mr. L's Art Room. Please make sure to review all of this page before you start your first project.
Naming A File
Whenever you save a file you will always label as "Teacher-YourFullName-Project" for all projects that you must share with Mr. L.
Example:
If I wanted to send you a .JPEG image I made in Pixlr for a project called "Bird" My file would look like:
5B-NicholasLeonard-Bird.JPEG

Naming An Email
When you send an email you will always title it the same way. To title or name your email in the subject line you will write the Teacher, School, Project in that order. You DO NOT need to write your name since it will be already included in your email.
Example:
If I wanted to email a question about a Bird project and I was in Snoap's class at Cummings Elementary my email title would look like: "Snoap Cummings Birds".
Email to: [email protected]

Using Google Forms
Google Forms will be the main way I will tell if a student is doing their work outside of class. Google Forms is a small set of questions online that you will answer and then submit to Mr. L. when complete. I will be using a program to monitor who is submitting their work correctly and on time.
The types of questions you could expect on a Google Form:
- Multiple choice
- Short answer
- Essay
- Image response writing
- Bounce submission
and Checkboxes
